O arquivo está salvo em PNG, para salvar você precisa clicar na imagem, esperar abrir, clicar com o botão direito do mouse e pedir para "salvar imagem como". Se estiver utilizando o celular, você precisa clicar na imagem, esperar abrir em tamanho maior, clicar na imagem novamente, segurando por alguns segundos e só aí selecionar a opção "fazer download da imagem".
Imprima em papel colorset ou offset para ficar mais firme. Depois é só colar e montar.
